About ABRH
What is ABRH?
ABRH is architecture software: you draw a single 3D model, and it produces plans, sections, elevations, building systems and realistic images, with help for permits and cost estimates. An AI assistant can model and edit with you: it proposes, you decide.
How do I get ABRH?
ABRH is in private beta. Join the waitlist and we will write to you as soon as downloads open.
Which devices does it run on?
ABRH is coming to macOS and Windows, then iPhone. You need a fairly recent computer: large projects and realistic renders take a lot of memory and a good graphics card.
Do I need an account? Can I work offline?
Yes, an account is required, and creating it needs an internet connection. Once signed in, you can model, draw and render offline. The AI assistant and subscription management need internet access.
Which languages are available?
French and English. Switch at any time with the FR | EN button.
Pricing and subscription
Is ABRH really free?
Yes: the software is free. Only the AI assistant requires a subscription, and it is not included without one.
What are the plans?

A yearly subscription costs the same as 10 months out of 12. Applicable taxes may be added depending on your country: the exact amount is shown before payment.
What is an AI credit?
Each request to the assistant uses credits, based on the computing it actually needs: a small edit uses few, a whole building many more. Credits are renewed each period. They do not roll over, cannot be transferred and have no cash value.
How do I cancel or change plans?
From the Subscription screen in the software, at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, then you continue without a subscription: the software stays usable. Upgrades take effect immediately, with a prorated price. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period.
Can I get a refund?
An activated subscription cannot be refunded, because access to the AI is immediate. You confirm this before paying, by waiving the 14-day withdrawal period. Your statutory rights are preserved: see the Terms of Service.
AI assistant
Can the AI change my model without my agreement?
No. Whatever it creates or changes first appears as a proposal, which you accept or decline.
Are my projects used to train an AI?
No. When you use the assistant, your request, the conversation and a description of your model are sent to our AI model provider to produce the answer. Our servers do not store the content of these exchanges. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Can I rely on its answers?
Always check them, especially for structure, safety, accessibility and regulations: they may be inaccurate or unsuited to your project.
Your projects
Where are my projects saved?
On your computer. ABRH saves them automatically as you work, and you can make a .atelier file with Ctrl+S (⌘S on Mac). If you wish, the “Sync” box keeps an online copy of a project so you can find it on your other devices. It is unticked by default.
Should I make backups?
Yes. Save your projects to files regularly and back them up: the online copy is not a guaranteed backup.
Who owns my projects? Can I use them for my business?
They are entirely yours. You may use ABRH and what you produce for professional or personal purposes. Furniture and materials from the library may be used freely in your projects.
Does ABRH update itself?
Yes. The new version downloads in the background, then ABRH offers to restart to install it. If you choose “Later”, it installs the next time you close ABRH.
Compatibility
Which files can I import?
Rhino models (.3dm) and STEP files (.step, .stp). You can also create 3D walls from a floor plan image or PDF.
Which software can I export to?
- Revit, Archicad, Vectorworks: IFC 4
- AutoCAD: 2D and 3D DXF
- Rhino: 3DM
- SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max: COLLADA
- Blender, Twinmotion, Unreal: glTF
- Other 3D software: OBJ
- Excel, Numbers: schedules as CSV

Can I export to DWG?
Not directly: use DXF, which AutoCAD reads.
Professional use
Does ABRH replace an architect or engineer?
No. Checks and estimates (structure, thermal, fire, accessibility, regulations, cost…) are indicative. Any project intended to be built must be checked and signed by licensed professionals.
Where does the site study work?
Context is most detailed in France, Spain and the United States, with a broader view elsewhere. The regulatory study covers France and New York. This data comes from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date: check it with the competent authorities.
Account and help
What data do you collect?
The minimum needed to run your account, the AI and your subscription, plus usage statistics you can turn off in My account. These statistics never include the content of your projects. We do not sell your data. Everything is detailed in the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account?
From My account, in the software. Deletion is permanent and cancels any current subscription. Projects saved on your computer are not affected, but their online copies are erased.
